Oven Sheet Pan Shrimp is an EASY and FAST dish to make any night of the week!
What’s not to love about how easy this is?! This is such a quick recipe it’s hard to even call it a recipe. A few spices and butter is all it takes to make this Shrimp taste super yummy!!! I like to add butter instead of oil because it makes it taste like shrimp scampi.
I made this recipe with red shrimp(similar to Royal Reds), basically they look red before you cook them but get more red as they cook completely. The size of these are large to almost jumbo in size but you can make oven baked shrimp with any shrimp or size, peeled or not peeled. Just look what’s on sale at your local grocery store. Also, if you get smaller shrimp you may want to adjust your cook time as well. Remember shrimp is done when they are pink (the paprika in this recipe will help bring out the pink shrimp color).
You can add this shrimp to a salad to make a super healthy meal or make as an appetizer with cocktail dipping sauce. So many options with shrimp I could go on for days…..I feel like I could start quoting Bubba in the movie Forest Gump here…Shrimp Salad, Shrimp Quesadilla, Shrimp & Rice, Shrimp Sandwich (Po boy), ok ok!!!
